If you are going to advertise free internet, it needs to be useful. I had nothing but problerms with it, and finally gave up. The free basic internet is EXTREMELY SLOW. He was a middle aged man, on the short side, with dark hair and olive skin.ġ. Once again, I thought this man was extremely rude. We did not have that much, and was VERY COMFORTABLE with handling it ourselves.we just wanted a cart. He then said 'This is a 4 diamond hotel'. He said that they do not lend carts out, that we would need to have a bell cap help us. I asked the same man again if we could use one of the luggage carts. Then once we checked in, we went out to get our luggage. He rudely pointed out the Through drive lane sign out and said we could not part there, but we could move over and park.which is what I was asking him. I asked the guy out front (valet.or?) if we could park there for a short time while we checked in. I will give it one more try.but until then, I recommend it.
